26th National Neurology Conference 2019

“Share Practice, Precision & Perfection”

The Organizers of 26th National Neurology Conference are pleased to invite papers and presentations for the 26th National Neurology Conference 2019, taking place on March 29-31, 2019 in Karachi, Pakistan.

Abstracts are invited and will be accepted in either oral or poster presentation formats. In this conference, we will have online submissions and online registrations, managed by a professional company.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for POSTER PRESENTATION of CASE REPORT

Abstract must not exceed 250 words (excluding title & authors).

Please structure your submission using the subheadings given below.

  1. Title – (limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE No Abbreviations) The area of focus and “case report should appear in the title.
  2. Investigators’ names & affiliation
  • Principal Investigator name to appear first.
  • Underline the name of the person who will present the paper
  • All Investigators must be listed by their First name followed by 2nd and Family names.
  • Omit degrees and titles (Do not write Dr, Professor etc)
  • Include affiliations with institution / organization for each investigator. Use superscript numbering after the investigator’s name to indicate affiliations

       3. Abstract – (structured or unstructured)

  1. Introduction – What is unique and why is it important?
  2. The patient’s main concerns and important clinical findings.
  3. The main diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes.
  4. Conclusion—What are one or more “take-away” lessons?

Poster Specification Requirements

Dimensions/Format

The backboard panel for each poster presentation board measures 3.5 Ft height & 2 Ft width. Posters should not exceed the size of the presentation board – 42” x 24”

Poster material should be well labeled and Text and illustrations must be legible from a distance of at least three feet.

The title should be the same as the title submitted with the abstract and appear in boldface at the top.

On-site Information

Push pins and/or adhesive glue will be provided to attach your posters to the boards.

Your poster must be posted in the morning and removed immediately after the poster session. If your poster is left behind, it will be discarded. 

Poster Printing

All authors must print and bring their posters with them to the conference. 

Poster Session

Authors must be present during the poster session to answer the queries of the expert/audience.-
